As with all versions of Breathe, Breathe Print Management is the central point, the hub that helps you drive your business. So you can store and quickly access your customer and supplier information and correspondence with them.
You also have the ability to create and track quotes, progressing quotes into active jobs through the quote work flow. Once a job is created that can be tracked through the job cycle eventually to a completed job.
Extranet
The extranet customer portal links directly to breathe so your customers can track their orders, add new orders, do call offs of exisitng items and even create artwork for business cards e.g. if a new employee needs a business card using your standard template your customer can login and create a new business card with the details needed. Artwork is delivered as a pdf to you ready to print...
And it doesn’t stop there either, one of the time saving functions is the ability to create templates for letters and emails you can also store digital copies of faxes, certificates, emails, drawings, photos etc.
