You can extend the information you record by using info/skill sets.
Info sets are for customers to store extra information against that record. For example you could store that a customer is Corgi registered. In the info sets you could also store that they do joinery work too.
Or that a customer is a specialist in a certain area of their industry. E.g Software company who specialise in SAP, Java or VB.net

Skill sets are sets for candidates where you can store information such as a qualification or a specific course they’ve taken.
In either case these sets are powerful extensions of the core system which enable you to record specific data.
The information you can gather is invaluable for activities such as marketing and report generation for analysis. You’ve input your candidates and customers data, added your courses and got them fully booked, what can you do next?
